Vérité and Cardinale
The latest vintages from Jackson Family Wines’ Vérité and Cardinale labels kicked off the week’s releases.
The 2018 wines from the Vérité trio were released for £900 per case (3×75). The Merlot-led La Muse was awarded 100-points by The Wine Advocate.
The 2018 Cardinale was also released, it was rated 98-points by both The Wine Advocate and Jeb Dunnuck who said it had “flawless balance”.
Yjar and more
Also out this morning was the 2019 vintage of “Galtrona” by Tuscan winery Petrolo. The 2018 vintage of “Insignia” from Joseph Phelps is expected in the first half of the week.
Towards the end of the week, meanwhile, the first vintage of “Yjar” by Telmo Rodriguez will debut on La Place.
